The story of RDT Sweden
At the end of 2024, WeITGlobal AB became part of the RDT organization, marking a significant milestone in the expansion of RDT into Scandinavia. With this acquisition, WeITGlobal transitions to its new identity as RDT Sweden, building on the vision of RDT in terms of innovation, growth, and excellence in engineering and IT consultancy.
A Strategic Step into Sweden
In recent years, RDT Denmark has explored the Swedish consultancy market, recognizing its strong synergies with the Danish market in terms of business dynamics, culture, and values. Since its inception in 2019, RDT’ business model has proven successful in Denmark, making the extension into Sweden a natural next step.
The Perfect Match: WeITGlobal and RDT
Through our growing network, RDT Denmark initiated a dialogue with WeITGlobal, an IT consultancy firm based in Lund. Established just four years ago, WeITGlobal quickly emerged as a key player in the Swedish market, boasting steady growth and a client portfolio that includes prominent names such as Ericsson, IKEA, and Autoliv. This strong foundation aligns seamlessly with RDT' strategic goals and organizational culture.

By integrating RDT’ expertise in market penetration, employee-driven culture, and growth strategies, RDT Sweden is poised for continued success. This acquisition ensures the full integration of WeITGlobal into the RDT family, welcoming all Swedish employees into the new structure.
Leadership for a New Chapter
RDT Sweden will be managed by Christian Thorn, Director of RDT Denmark. Former CEO of WeITGlobal, John Helt, continues his journey within RDT as Nordic Key Account Manager, supporting operations across both RDT Denmark and RDT Sweden. His leadership and insights will be instrumental in fostering collaboration and driving success across the Nordic region.
