We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain modern network and infrastructure solutions supporting a large-scale SCADA environment within the renewable energy (wind power) industry.
This role owns the network and server infrastructure platform underpinning renewable energy SCADA systems, working within a team that runs multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong technical depth in enterprise networking, a structured working approach, and the ability to manage several concurrent workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Senior-level network engineering experience (equivalent to a senior/expert development level)
- Strong ability to design and implement complex network topologies and technologies
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Cisco networking technologies
- Palo Alto Networks firewalls
- Git and GitHub
- Ansible automation
- Strong written and spoken English
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network architectures and infrastructure solutions
- Support and evolve the network and server platform used for SCADA systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies and improve existing solutions
- Contribute to automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of infrastructure
- Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure services
